Getting Started
Placing an order
The first time you place an order with jtfonlinestore.com you will be required to register with us using a valid email address and password (Privacy & Security).
Step 1
When you have found a product that you are interested in, simply click on the product title for more information. You will now see a page with further product details. This gives you an opportunity to find out more about the product and check it is the one you want.
Step 2
If you wish to purchase this product, simply click on the “Add to Basket” icon. You will now be able to see the item in your online shopping basket. You can check the contents of your basket and the delivery charge at any time by looking at “VIEW YOUR SHOPPING BASKET” on the top right of all main site pages or by clicking on “View Basket" on the left hand side of the page to go to the basket page.
Step 3
When you have completed your selection of products, click on either the “View basket” icon on the left-hand side of the page or on “VIEW YOUR SHOPPING BASKET”.
You will now see the items in your shopping basket. You have the opportunity to increase or decrease the quantity of individual items by changing the number in the quantity column. Simply change the number and then click "Update Basket"
If you wish to remove an item from your basket, simply click on Remove Item against the item you wish to remove.
Step 4
When you have finished shopping, please click on the “Checkout' icon.
If this is your first order you will be asked to register with jtfonlinestore.com before you can proceed with your order.
Click on the 'Register' link, this will take you to the registration form.
Type in your information then click 'Register'.
If you have already created an online account with our wholesale site (www.jtfwholesale.com) for security reasons, you will need to create a new account on this site. You can use the same email address but not the same username.
You will be asked to check your email and click on the link in your email to validate your account.
Please open another web page and open your email to validate your address.
This will take you back to our website and you will be logged in.
Close the verification page and then login to the page already open.
Click on 'View Basket'.
Click on 'Checkout'.
Step 5
At the payment page, please complete details of the cardholder’s name and address. Please note we can only delivery goods to the address of the cardholder.
Please also complete details of the payment card.
Once you have checked that all details including the delivery address are correct and you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale, press the 'Confirm Order' icon.
ONLY PRESS THE 'CONFIRM ORDER' ICON IF YOU WISH TO BE BOUND BY CONTRACT TO PAY FOR THE GOODS AND DELIVERY CHARGE
Step 6
Your order is now complete. Shortly after completing your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order and an order reference number. Please keep a note of this reference number as it is used for all order enquiries (see also Contact Us & Help).
Delivery
Where we can deliver to
jtfonlinestore.com can only deliver to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. We regret that we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Your order may be shipped from more than one supplier, so may arrive in more than one delivery. Please allow 7 working days from the first delivery before contacting us to enquire about the rest of your order. You will only pay one delivery charge.

Our website will automatically calculate the delivery charge for you and this charge will be clearly displayed in your online shopping basket before you confirm your order.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery timescales are specified in the details for each product. We aim to deliver items from our stock within 5-7 working days although in many cases actual delivery should be much sooner than this. See also our Terms & Conditions page.
Where the product is delivered to you direct from our supplier or the manufacturer the delivery time will be 7-14 working days.
Where the product you have ordered is available from our stock we will email you to confirm that we have despatched your parcel. The email will include a reference number to enable you to track your parcel whilst it is with our carrier.
For certain orders, it may be necessary for jtfonlinestore.com or one of our suppliers or delivery agents to contact you to agree a convenient date for your delivery to be made. This contact may be made via telephone or e-mail.
Can I track my order?
After your order has been despatched you can track the progress of your delivery by clicking on this track my order, then simply type in the last 6 digits of your order number into the By Consignment Number box on the bottom right hand side of the screen, click on the find and your deatils will appear.
Can I have my order sent to an alternative address?
Unfortunately, for security reasons we can only dispatch orders to the card holders address. Once an address has been entered into our system and passed security procedures it cannot be changed.
Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday or a timed slot?
Unfortunately, at this time our delivery service is Monday to Friday only.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
No not at this time, we are always striving to improve our website, so this may be possible in the future
What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?
Every order we send has to be signed for at the delivery address, therefore if there is no one available to receive your order when it is delivered, a card will be left with contact details to arrange a re-delivery.
What should you do if your order is not delivered?
If at any time you believe your package may have been lost whilst in transit please go to our Contact Us & Help page for information regarding the action you should take.
Returns
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) before delivery or within 7 days of delivery.

After delivery
Contact our Customer Support Team using the online form on this website or by writing to us at the address above within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) of delivery of your goods, quoting your order number. We will then contact you to arrange collection of the goods from you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
This cancellation policy does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers), and periodicals/magazines.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation - however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid including delivery charge but less any charge for collection and return to us.
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
